About the CPC Training Package

The CPC (Construction, Plumbing and Services) Training Package covers skills and knowledge across the Australian building and construction industry — carpentry, bricklaying, painting, plumbing, electrical, civil construction, and construction management.

CPC qualifications are delivered by RTOs training apprentices and tradespeople, as well as construction managers and site supervisors. They're also commonly delivered through Australian Apprenticeships, which adds additional compliance documentation requirements.

The CPC package is distinctive because

• Units require hands-on demonstration in real or simulated worksite environments
• Work health and safety requirements are central to almost every unit
• Assessment conditions often specify specific equipment, tools, and materials
• Many CPC qualifications are delivered via Australian Apprenticeships with additional regulatory obligations

What makes CPC document generation different

Worksite safety is embedded. CPC units are heavily focused on safe work practices — observation checklists generated by RTOFlow for CPC units include safety-related performance criteria prominently, with specific assessor prompts for checking PPE, safe work method statements, and site hazard identification.
