Earn recurring commission

When someone you refer upgrades to a paid plan, you earn 20% of their monthly subscription — every month they stay active.

Commission structure

Note: Commission percentages and example figures below are indicative and may be reviewed before launch. Final terms will be confirmed in your signed affiliate agreement.

Recurring, not one-off. You earn commission every month your referral stays on a paid plan — not just the first month.

Example: If you refer 10 RTOs who take up the Professional plan, you earn $158 AUD/month in passive income, growing as long as those RTOs stay active.

Cookie window: 90 days. If someone clicks your link and signs up within 90 days, they're attributed to you.

Minimum payout: $50 AUD. Paid monthly by bank transfer (Australian accounts) or Stripe.

Who this is for

VET consultants and RTO advisors

If you advise RTOs on compliance, audit preparation, or resource development, RTOFlow is a natural tool to recommend. When you refer a client, you earn commission while saving them the manual document work.

Instructional designers

If you build training and assessment resources for RTOs as a freelancer or agency, RTOFlow can be part of your workflow — and your clients can use it directly. Referring clients to RTOFlow earns recurring income that doesn't require extra delivery work from you.

LMS and SMS providers

If your platform serves Australian RTOs, your clients need training documents. Refer them to RTOFlow — or explore the API integration, which makes RTOFlow document generation a native feature of your platform.

RTO support businesses

RTO software vendors, compliance consultancies, scope development firms, and industry associations whose members are RTOs.

Training package developers and instructional writers

If you already write learner guides or assessment tools for RTOs, RTOFlow can accelerate your drafting process — and referring the RTOs you work with creates a recurring income stream.

Not a good fit

The affiliate program is not for affiliates who:

  • Operate paid review sites or incentivised review platforms
  • Use PPC advertising on RTOFlow brand terms (RTOFlow, rtoflow.au)
  • Target audiences outside the Australian VET sector

  • Affiliate dashboard with real-time click and conversion tracking
  • Referral link generator (create custom UTM-tagged links)
  • Product overview PDF (share with clients who want to understand RTOFlow before signing up)
  • Sample document downloads (show clients what a generated document looks like)
  • Email copy templates (pre-written intro emails to send to RTO clients)

Frequently asked questions

How do I know if my referrals have converted?
Your affiliate dashboard shows clicks, sign-ups, and paid conversions in real time.
What if someone I referred was already a free user?
If someone signed up for the free Starter plan before clicking your link, they're not attributed to you. Attribution is on new sign-ups who click your link first.
Can I use RTOFlow myself as an affiliate?
Yes. You can use RTOFlow as a paying customer and be an affiliate at the same time. You cannot earn commission on your own account.
Is there a contract or exclusivity requirement?
No exclusivity. The affiliate agreement covers standard terms: no trademark bidding, no incentivised reviews, honest promotion. It's a short document.
Can I include RTOFlow in a client proposal?
Yes. Many affiliates include RTOFlow as a recommended tool in compliance or resource development proposals. We can provide a one-pager you can include in proposals — email affiliates@rtoflow.au.
What currencies and payment methods are supported?
Payouts in AUD by bank transfer (Australian accounts) or Stripe (international). International affiliates can be accommodated — email us.
