RTOFlow was born from a simple observation: Registered Training Organisations across Australia spend thousands of hours and tens of thousands of dollars creating training and assessment resources that must meet strict regulatory standards. Small RTOs often can't afford the specialised consultants, while large providers struggle with consistency across hundreds of units.
We set out to solve this problem with artificial intelligence. We built a platform that understands Australian training packages, ASQA standards, and the practical requirements of VET delivery - then automates the heavy lifting of document creation.
Today, RTOFlow serves Registered Training Organisations across Australia, preparing mapped learner guides, assessment workbooks, marking guides, trainer resources, and RPL documentation aligned to national training packages from training.gov.au for practitioner review.
Every generated draft is built to support review against ASQA expectations and training package requirements. Human review and contextualisation remain the foundation.
