Frequently Asked Questions
Does RTOFlow integrate with my existing LMS?
RTOFlow currently offers direct integration with aXcelerate LMS via xAPI/SCORM-compatible eLearning packages. Documents are generated in standard DOCX format, making them compatible with any system that accepts Word documents. We are continually expanding our integration options.
How does RTOFlow get data from training.gov.au?
RTOFlow connects to training.gov.au's official API (both REST and SOAP endpoints) to import unit of competency data, qualification packaging rules, and RTO scope information. This ensures all generated resources are based on the authoritative source data.
Is my data shared with partner organisations?
No. RTOFlow operates with strict multi-tenant data isolation. Your organisation's data, generated documents, and branding are never shared with or accessible by any other organisation or partner.
Can RTOFlow work with state regulators like VRQA or TAC?
Yes. While RTOFlow's core compliance framework is built around the national Standards for RTOs 2025, the platform supports state-specific contextualisation for RTOs regulated by the VRQA (Victoria) or TAC (Western Australia).
