Billing Policy

This policy outlines the billing, subscription, cancellation, and refund terms for RTOFlow, a product of Precision CAD Australia (ABN 61 451 007 505).
1. Subscription Billing
RTOFlow offers subscription-based pricing billed monthly or annually, as selected at the time of purchase. All prices are displayed in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We accept major credit and debit cards.
2. Billing Cycle
Your subscription billing cycle begins on the date of your first payment. Subsequent charges will occur on the same date each month (or year, for annual plans). If your billing date falls on a day not present in a given month, you will be charged on the last day of that month.
3. Cancellation

Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team at support@rtoflow.au
Upon cancellation:
- Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period
- You will not be charged for subsequent periods
- You can continue to access the service until your current period expires
4. Refunds
Refunds are assessed in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
You may be entitled to a refund if:
- The service has a major problem that cannot be fixed, or would take too long to fix
- The service is substantially unfit for its normal purpose and cannot be easily fixed within a reasonable time
To request a refund, please contact support@rtoflow.au with details of your request. Refund requests are typically processed within 5-10 business days.
5. Price Changes
We reserve the right to modify subscription prices. Any price changes will be communicated to you at least 30 days in advance. Price changes will apply to your next billing cycle after the notice period.
6. Failed Payments
If a payment fails, we will attempt to process the charge again. After multiple failed attempts, your subscription may be suspended until payment is successfully processed. You will receive email notifications about payment issues.
7. Usage-Based Charges
Some features may incur usage-based charges in addition to your subscription fee. These charges will be clearly displayed before you use the feature and billed at the end of your billing cycle.
