Application
This unit describes the skills and knowledge required to contribute ideas and produce work using structured Agile work practices.
This unit applies to individuals who are required to apply existing expertise to generate and contribute ideas to progress work in iterations, monitor their own capabilities and capacity, and commit to team accountability for the work.
This unit applies to any organisation that is implementing structured Agile processes.
Agile is typically applied in contexts where the solution or outcome is not known, or in constantly changing environments, and where the customer can reasonably use and critique the ‘product in progress’.
No licensing or certification requirements exist at the time of publication. Relevant legislation, industry standards and codes of practice within Australia must be applied.
