PARTEC Achieves Consistent Quality Across Multi-Site Delivery

PARTEC delivers construction, engineering, and technical training across multiple sites in Queensland. All training and assessment resources were regenerated from a single source of truth — the current training package data from training.gov.au. The platform's multi-organisation features allowed PARTEC to maintain consistent branding and content standards while giving site-level trainers access to review and contextualise materials for their specific delivery environment.

Within three months, PARTEC had standardised resources across all delivery sites. Internal quality audits showed a 90% improvement in consistency scores.
